The Program

ACDelco has managed their Total Service Support (or a like-type program) for over 20 years. The program offers business and training support directly to Independent Service Centres across the country.

Each member pays a nominal registration fee and a monthly fee for membership that entitles members to a lengthy list of benefits.

The ACDelco TSS program has become an extremely affordable program for shops to subscribe to while enjoying the benefits of training, technical support and a number of marketing and business support benefits.

The program is currently offered as a 5 tier program. ACDelco rewards each tier with benefits, offering more benefits for higher tiers (more purchases), including four times the loyalty reward points, enhanced signage and unlimited Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) support in the highest tier. Recognizing that one size does not necessarily fit all was a major step in building a loyalty program that casts a wider net while continuing to reward long term loyalty.

The program requires a nominal registration fee as well as the monthly fee. Upon registration, Independent Service Centres get a comprehensive marketing kit as well as 2 months of TAC line support. Fees are charged for each Independent Service Centre registered on the program.

ACDelco recognizes the need to support the aftermarket and continues to enhance the program’s offerings each year.

The ACDelco TSS program is now one of the largest loyalty programs in the automotive aftermarket in Canada.
